Wauwatosa West Rube Goldberg Team Program

As part of the Wauwatosa West PLTW Club first activities, Wauwatosa West students are entering the 2012 National Rube Goldberg Competition - High School Division. It is partially sponsored by the Wauwatosa Lions Club. We are currently looking for additional sponsors as well as engineering mentors. Our current sponsors are:

What is it?:This contest will give your students a chance to use everyday material and transform it into a wacky innovative machine that accomplishes the given task. Their own wild and ingenious inventions will provide a learning adventure in science, technology, engineering, arts and math. (STEAM). The only limits on creativity will be their imaginations. 2012 problem is: Blow up a balloon and pop it!
